1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ppgbet", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the ppgbet platform, its operators, and affiliated entities.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers and uses ppgbet services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered in your name on the ppgbet platform.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, and entertainment services provided by ppgbet, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, and lottery draws (including togel products).
• "Stake" or "Wager" means the amount of money you risk on a bet or game.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other promotional offers provided by ppgbet.
• "IDR" or "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency used for all transactions on ppgbet.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required for account verification and security.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet on ppgbet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ppgbet.

ppgbet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of ppgbet services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these terms. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use ppgbet services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the legal adult age for gambling participation in Indonesia and is strictly enforced. ppgbet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately closed with all funds and winnings forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You are not allowed to register if you are under legal guardianship, declared legally incapable, or subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts.
• Geographic Location: You must be a resident of Indonesia or legally present in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ppgbet complies with all local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one account with ppgbet. Multiple accounts created by the same person are prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. If you discover you have inadvertently created multiple accounts, contact customer support immediately.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be registered on any gambling self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from ppgbet or any affiliated platform for responsible gaming reasons.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To register an account with ppgbet, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. All information must match your official government-issued identification documents. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.

During registration, you will create a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your password should be strong, unique, and not used on other websites. ppgbet will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.

4.2 KYC Verification

ppgbet is required to verify the identity of all players as part of our regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You must complete the KYC verification process by providing:

• A clear, legible copy of government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Selfie photograph holding your ID card next to your face for identity confirmation

Verification typically takes 1-24 hours. Unverified accounts may face withdrawal restrictions or account limitations. ppgbet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4.3 Account Security Obligations

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access or any security breach, you must notify ppgbet customer support immediately. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account. Sharing account credentials or allowing others to place bets using your account is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ppgbet accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

Deposits are typically processed instantly, though some payment methods may take up to 1 hour during high-volume periods or bank maintenance windows. ppgbet does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

All deposit transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from someone else's bank account or e-wallet) are strictly prohibited as part of our AML compliance. Any deposits made from third-party sources will be returned to the original sender minus applicable processing fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made once your account has completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If you used multiple deposit methods, withdrawals will be proportionally allocated to match deposit ratios.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal processing times vary by account tier:

• Bronze Tier: 6-24 hours
• Silver Tier: 3-12 hours
• Gold Tier (VIP): 1-2 hours

Processing times are calculated from the moment your withdrawal is approved, excluding weekends, Indonesian public holidays, and bank maintenance periods. ppgbet reserves the right to perform additional security checks on large withdrawal amounts (exceeding Rp 50.000.000), which may extend processing time.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions and Requirements

Before your first withdrawal, you must have wagered your total deposited amount at least once (1x rollover requirement). This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and applies to all players. Bonus funds are subject to their own specific wagering requirements as outlined in the bonus terms.

ppgbet may request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in withdrawal cancellation and account suspension.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

ppgbet offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus terms are always displayed clearly on the promotion page and must be read in full before claiming.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called rollover or turnover requirements). Wagering requirements specify how many times you must bet the bonus amount before converting bonus funds to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3.000.000 in total bets before withdrawal eligibility.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

Bonuses are available to eligible players only and are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment account. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through multiple accounts or other fraudulent means will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure.

Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Table games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat): 10-20% contribution
• Live dealer games: 10-20% contribution
• Sports betting: varies by market and odds (typically excluded or reduced contribution)

ppgbet reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts in cases of bonus abuse, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses, or any other behavior deemed unfair or fraudulent. All bonus decisions are final and at ppgbet's sole discretion.

6.3 Bonus Expiration and Cancellation

All bonuses have expiration dates, typically 7-30 days from the date of issuance. Any unused bonus funds or pending wagering requirements expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be recovered. You may cancel an active bonus at any time through your account settings, but doing so will forfeit all bonus funds and any winnings generated from the bonus.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on ppgbet are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your selections before confirming any bet. ppgbet is not responsible for bets placed in error or misunderstanding of odds or markets.

For sports betting, all bets are settled according to official results as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.

7.2 Betting Limits

ppgbet reserves the right to impose betting limits on any player, game, or market at any time without prior notice. Limits may be based on account history, betting patterns, game type, or risk management considerations. If you consistently bet at or near maximum limits, ppgbet may reduce your limits or restrict access to certain markets.

7.3 Irregular Play and Abuse

ppgbet employs fraud detection systems to identify irregular betting patterns and potential abuse. Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to:

• Collusion with other players or third parties
• Use of bots, automated software, or systems designed to exploit platform vulnerabilities
• Arbitrage betting or coordinated betting across multiple platforms
• Exploitation of errors in odds, game malfunctions, or platform bugs
• Chip dumping, card marking, or any other form of cheating in table games

Any player found engaging in irregular play will have their account immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and winnings forfeited. ppgbet reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

7.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects gameplay or payouts, ppgbet reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. This includes cases where incorrect odds are displayed, games crash during play, or random number generators fail to function correctly. All decisions regarding malfunctions are final.

8. Limitation of Liability

ppgbet provides gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ppgbet disclaims all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ppgbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or information
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures
• Errors in game results, odds calculations, or payout amounts (except to the extent required to correct errors)
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure login credentials

ppgbet's total liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ppgbet, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

9. Account Termination and Closure

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. If your account has an active bonus or pending wagering requirements, you must either complete the requirements or forfeit the bonus before closure can be processed. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons may be subject to cooling-off periods before reopening.

9.2 Involuntary Termination

ppgbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You provide false or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• You are found to be underage (under 21 years of age)
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or irregular betting activities
• You abuse bonuses or promotions
• You create multiple accounts
• Your account is used for money laundering or other financial crimes
• You behave in an abusive or threatening manner toward ppgbet staff

In cases of account termination for breach of terms, ppgbet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, void pending bets, and withhold any winnings. Deposits made through legitimate payment methods will be returned to the original source after deducting any fraudulent winnings or bonus abuse.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

If your account remains inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower. You will receive notification before any fees are applied. To avoid dormancy fees, simply log in and place at least one bet during the 12-month period.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ppgbet operates. By using ppgbet services, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through ppgbet's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, you may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution or arbitration as provided by ppgbet.

Any claims or disputes must be brought within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose. Claims brought after this period are time-barred and will not be considered.
